Tour Dates: 13th September to 10th October 2010 (28 Days)
Travel with us as we take you on a fascinating trip to experience the magnificent South West Coast of West Australian.
Starting in Alice Springs we travel the Great Central Highway into Western Australia travelling to Leonora. From here we will make our way down to the mining towns of Kalgoorlie and Coolgardie and then continue down the Holland Track to the Hurston National Park. Leaving the Park we will then make our way over to Bunbury and the start of our Western Australia adventure.
The next section takes us to the Margaret River Wine region and the Lakes Caves and then onto Augusta and Pemberton where we will explore the Gloucester National Park as well as the Yeagerup Dunes. Moving on from Pemberton our next stop will be Albany.
Albany has many hidden treasures to explore The Gap, Little Beach and the Natural Bridge to name a few.
From Albany we will follow the South Coast Highway to Ravensthorpe and Esperance where we will leave the highway and travel out to Cape Arid National Park and the start of our Great Australian Bight section of the tour.
Once back on the highway we will continue onto the border town of Elucia and our next part of the journey through the Great Australian Bight Marine Park following the Coast line to Ceduna, Streaky Bay, Port Lincoln, Cowell and Whyalla on our way to Port Augusta.
Port Augusta is the destination for the end of the tour so as to enable any-one to spend more time in South Australia.
We will be continuing our journey back to Queensland via Broken Hill so any-one is welcome to tag-along as we travel back home through the back towns of New South Wales.
Our Western Australian tour is a very large tour with lots of driving but it also gives you the chance to see some of the Western Australian country side that is well off the track for many travelers.
Cost: $110 per Person per Day, Fully Catered (Children Prices on request).
